Rules for registration
"Individual" registrants must be located in France and provide their place and date of birth in the Order Notes.
"Organization" registrants located in France must provide their SIREN/SIRET number in the Order Notes.
"Organization" or "individual" registrants NOT located in France may only register a ..fr if they have a France-recognized trademark on the domain they are registering. They must provide the trademark registration number in the Order Notes. They also must provide an administrative address located in France
